๐ช Marketplace
A place where you can sell your own elements. The minimum price is 25 Gems; the maximum is 999,999 Gems. To put an element on the Marketplace it must be both Owned and Discovered by you.
Min 25 ๐Max 999,999 ๐Owned + Discovered required
Ownership & Discovery
Owned by you
You have not yet sold the element's ownership to someone else. The element still belongs to you, so the Gems it earns flow back to your account.
Discovered by you
You were the first person in the game to craft the element. Discovery is permanent and doesn't follow further sales โ once an element is discovered, it stays attributed to whoever discovered it first.
Sale types
You can sell an element on the Marketplace two ways. Choose based on whether the buyer should reap future Gems or simply own a copy of the element.
Ownership sale
95% (5% game cut)
Buyer takes over ownership: future Gems from the element go to them.
Buyer can change the element's properties (color, mutations, size, sale price, listing on the Element Checker / Marketplace).
Visually represented as a full transfer of control.
Copy sale
30% (70% game cut)
Buyer receives the element, but does not own it.
Useful when you want to share a discovery without giving up the Gems it earns.
You remain the discoverer โ future discovery-related rewards still apply to you.
Tip: if you only care about sharing the element itself (not transferring its long-term value), prefer a Copy sale. If you want the buyer to manage and earn from the element long-term, an Ownership sale makes sense โ even though the game's cut is smaller.
Pricing
The Marketplace enforces a floor of 25 Gems (so extremely-cheap listings can't flood the market) and a ceiling of 999,999 Gems (so a typo doesn't lock an element in limbo at 1G listings). Pick somewhere inside that range that fits the element's rarity and demand.
